A projector and lap-top computer with Windows XP - PowerPoint version 2003 - will be available for the oral presentations.
Those requiring an Apple Macintosh are ask to provide their own computer.
All presenters are asked to save their presentation file in PowerPoint format on a USB stick and bring it to the session room 30 minutes before the session begins.
A roaming microphone and an electronic pointer will also be available.
Plenary and invited speakers - 30 minutes
All other presentations - 15 minutes

All posters should be in A0 (841 × 1189 mm) format with portrait layout and laminated if possible.
Posters are to be delivered to Steve Coombs at the conference venue by morning tea on the 5th November.
