Preparation and stabilisation of iron oxide nanoparticles

The aim of this work is to study long-term stability of functionalised nanoparticles. The biocompatibility of the nanoparticles was also evaluated.

Major achievements

Polymethyl methacrylic acid was prepared and used to functionalised iron oxide nanoparticles. The stability of the nanoparticles was studied using dynamic light scattering.

Future plans and directions

Further stability studies will be carried out.
